Kelli has over 18 years' experience in the Recruitment Industy both managing and growing teams within the Australian and UK markets.   Currently the Principal Consultant and Executive Manager of Kelete Recruitment Solutions since 2010, Kelli has successfully developed an impressive portfolio of clients within the Health and Property Industries.  With specific skills in executive search and Human Resource Consulting, Kelli continues to take the Kelete business from strength to strength.  With over seven years tenure  within a national recruitment provider, Kelli's specialisation ranged from managing the permanent recruitment division, and directly servicing clients within the executive, permanent, temporary labour hire and high volume assessment centre space.

Kelli brings an expertise of competency based assessment knowledge, testing tools and methodology to ensure a successful culture fit. With consulting experience on recruitment strategy/methodology, performance management, reward and recognition and interview skills Kelli will be responsible for the end to end recruitment of Kelete's client partnerships.
